About The Event
This workshop is all about the spicy flavourful food of the southern Mediterranean including dishes from Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria.
You will learn how to make a proper moroccan chermoula, lots of salads like Tunisian "Fefla", a savoury M’Hanncha, and much more.
Your cooked brunch will be a Tunisian lablabi & fresh bread.
The session will include plenty of hands on cooking and we will make something for you to take home for your supper!
You will also take home a leaflet including recipes for everything that we cook plus a few more besides.
