All ingredients and equipment
A cooked brunch of "Eggs in Purgatory" served with homemade bread, tea, coffee or fruit juice
You will learn how to make a spicy Italian chilli sausage, and then use it to make a delicious, potato lemon and fennel bake.
To compliment this we will make range of salads including a three bean and three chilli salad, and a Roasted Peperonata.
I will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta, and then we will make sweet potato ravioli and a spicy tomato sauce that you will be able to take home for supper. There will also be a recipe leaflet and a selection of fresh chillies to take home
