Although I am obviously not Greek at the age of 19 I did work in Santorini as a cook and learnt a lot about Greek cooking from the families who lived on the Island.
In this hands on workshop you will make “Souflaki”, and “Tzatziki”, Stuffed vegetables and “Spanakopita”. Also a selection of salads and “Tomatokeftedes” little tomato fritters which are a favourite in Santorini, and an Aubergine dish made with a traditional Greek pasta called "Trahana".
